Why do I love Augusta?
Augusta is geographically located near the mountains and the ocean- and just a short drive to the lake (Clarks Hill/Strom Thurmond) where my family and I spent so many summer days and nights! We are also positioned close to major cities such as Atlanta, Columbia, Charleston, Charlotte, Asheville, Greenville and Macon-which leads to plenty of awesome day trip opportunities!

Augusta has SO many beautiful outdoor recreation areas as well as a bustling downtown area and right over the bridge- the growing city of North Augusta, SC. Augusta is also home to Fort Gordon and the GA Cyber Center- along with a large University and Medical School, which each help boost our local economy

The Augusta area has almost ANY type of home or activity you could be looking for. From bustling city living, to suburban life, to waterfront homes, and life on the farm- the Augusta area has them all. Fueled by local and regional businesses, incredible programs for the arts, excellent school system, almost unlimited outdoor activities- Augusta has something for everyone. What's not to love?

So who am I, you may ask?
I moved to the Augusta, Georgia area in 2005 after attending my first two years of college at the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) and transferring to the Medical College of Georgia, where I graduated in 2007. I worked as a Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for 11 years at the Children's Hospital of Georgia. My husband and I have two children who definitely keep things interesting. We are also small business owners here in the area! We love exploring our fun city, sunny days at the lake, and ANYTHING Disney!

I joined Summer House Realty in 2020 and feel so incredibly fortunate to work with such an amazing group of people that truly care about their clients, each other, and the environment.
